Polaris World
We are Authorised Agents specialising in the sale of luxurious Spanish properties via the developers, Polaris World.
The properties are all situated in the Alhama region of Murcia concentrated around the Mar Menor coastal area approximately 45 minutes south west of Alicante airport. A new airport just outside Murcia city is scheduled to open in 2010 and will be approxmately 20 minutes away.
The area had wonderful beaches, beautiful natural surroundings like the Natural Reserve of Sierra Espuna, superb Mediterranean cuisine and best of all, the most days of sunshine in Europe with a pleasant annual average temperature of 21c. There is a shuttle bus linking the resorts so everything is accessible to everyone. All resorts have 24 hour security surveillance with CCTV and controlled access.
The properties, which are a mixture of appartments, terraced villas, semi-detached villas and detached villas can be purchased immediately or off plan. Each resort is built like a low density town and has all the facilities that you would expect such as a supermarket, restaurants, shops, bank etc. Prices range from approximately £80,000 to over £1,000,000 and sales to date have include approximately 50% purchase by the Spanish citizens themselves indicating popularity and sound investment.
Free** inspection visits can be arranged where you would be collected from and returned to the airport and provided with one night's 5 star accommodation. Flights from Newquay, Exeter and Bristol are available in the South West.
